Our room was huge and brilliant. It had a stunning and perfect setting right by the garden, a working farm and Beverley. The owner helped us a lot.

Stayed here with my animals and overall truly enjoyed this apartment. A dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an oven were available, in case you cook. My room was extremely spacious and absolutely brilliant.

Stayed there for 4 nights, liked it. Rooms were brilliant and spacious, beds were good. It was facing garden. The location was stunning, central.

Loved the peaceful and therapeutic location of this countryside getaway. The surrounding areas are a nature lover's paradise, with plenty of villages and hamlets to explore. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll around the farm's perimeter and were lucky enough to spot some red deer and hares. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we felt right at home. The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed, powerful shower, and well-equipped kitchen. The homemade scones and jam left for us were a delicious and thoughtful touch.

There were a few downsides to our stay. we would have loved to have a pub or restaurant within walking distance.

It has marvellous setting in a beautiful setting.

The location is lovely and beautiful just off Hornsea, and Beverley, and the rooms are absolutely brilliant. It is excellent base for a peaceful break.

Spacious, quiet, central location. Coffee machine with various coffees. Well worth visiting the wetlands and exploring the countryside. Friendly hosts and farm animals.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, the property was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. The location was quiet and it served as a great base for us. Good value for money too.

our recent stay in cottingham was delightful, but milking parlour exceeded all expectations. the hosts were lovely and had thought of everything, from a warm welcome to farm-fresh eggs. the cottage was cozy and clean, with a homely decor and comfy beds. the surrounding area was perfect for walks and wildlife spotting. unforgettable!

Recently stayed at The Milking Parlour for a short break. The apartment was brilliantly clean and cozy. The shower was excellent with great pressure and hot water. The kitchen was clean, functional, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with a peaceful setting and adorable animals to see. The central location allowed us to explore the estuary and nearby towns easily. a fantastic stay and we can't wait to return!

I had such a wonderful stay at the Milking Parlour! The accommodation was absolutely perfect - clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was like a luxurious experience with its excellent pressure and hot water on demand. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the living area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I especially appreciated the little touches like the tasimo coffee machine and the homemade scones and jam left by the host. The surrounding areas were a paradise for walkers, with numerous villages and hamlets to visit. The farm itself was stunning, and I loved taking a leisurely stroll around the perimeter, where I even caught a glimpse of red deer and hares. Rachel and Dave, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more special. I highly recommend the Milking Parlour for a perfect getaway!

I can't think of anything negative about my stay. I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.
